Drinking adequate
water is one way to keep your blood glucose well controlled.

Food Tips
Portion sizes....Put
on your plate about 1/3 to 1/2 the amount you would
normally.
Eat slowly.
Allow at least 20 minutes before you decide whether or not you need
a second helping.
Use a smaller
plate....a salad plate works well.
Drink at least 8
ounces of water at the beginning of the meal.
Take a walk about 15
- 30 minutes after you finish eating for about 20 - 35 minutes.
